Oded brings with him a combined 23 years of experience in senior executive, product management and engineering positions. Prior to joining EPOS, Oded was President & CEO of Phone-Or where he successfully secured over $32M of capital for the company.  Previous to that, Oded was a Director of Strategic Projects at Applied Materials Ltd., CEO and Member of the Board of Directors at Hanita Coatings and, held various other positions in both product management and engineering roles at Kulicke and Soffa, Elbit and Rafael. Oded holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Haifa Technion.

Boaz brings with him vast experience in international marketing and business development. Prior to EPOS, Boaz held executive positions at Telmap, Orsus Solutions, Sprint and Bank Leumi where he successfully initiated and closed several OEM deals and strategic partnerships with companies including Nokia, Fiat, H3G, Sun Microsystems and Orange. Boaz holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Law Degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Nathan comes from a background of over 12 years of managerial and engineering experience based on his many years of service in an elite technical unit. Before EPOS, Nathan was in charge of developing the core technology at ComSense Technologies, where he later gained the title of R&D Manager. Nathan also holds extensive experience in ASIC design, algorithms, embedded systems and hardware design. Nathan holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa.

Daniel Bronholc holds over twenty years of experience in leading and managing large-scale R&D projects in the fields of wireless, telecom and datacom. Prior to joining EPOS, Daniel served for three years as R&D Senior VP in WiNetworks, where he established R&D, Tech Support, Engineering & I.T Departments. Before that, Daniel served for five years as R&D Project Manager in Alvarion. Previous to that, Daniel served as R&D Project Manager at MBT Missile Systems, a division of IAI (Israel Aircraft Industries), where he led multidisciplinary sophisticated systems. Daniel received his M.Sc.E.E and a B.Sc.E.E from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Ofer joins EPOS with over twelve years of experience in operations and product engineering management acquired from several multidisciplinary international companies.  Prior to EPOS, Ofer was Vice President of Operations at Bioview, a medical devices company for Automated Cell Diagnostic Systems. Before that, he was Engineering Department Manager at Card Guard (SWX:CARDG), a Telemedicine products company. Ofer holds a Practical Electrical Engineering degree from Ort College in Rechovot.

Shimrit comes from a strong background of senior financial positions. Prior to joining EPOS, she was CFO at Cellact Ltd., a cellular messaging company and before that, CFO at Cassiopeia Ltd., an Internet company where she headed  both national and international  financial operations. Previous to that, Shimrit was a Senior Auditor at Ernest and Young.  Shimrit holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
